Hand-finished flake floors installed in a single day. UV-stable polyaspartic engineered for 115° heat, hot tires, and monsoon dust — built for the way Scottsdale garages actually live.
The same tough flake system that transforms a garage works just as beautifully on patios, pool decks, and shop floors across the Valley.
Our craft. A flawless, easy-clean flake floor that makes the whole garage feel finished — and finally worthy of the cars in it.
Cooler underfoot than bare concrete, slip-resistant when wet, sealed against sun and splash-out.
Basements, gyms, laundry rooms, casitas — a modern finish that wipes clean in seconds.
Showrooms and warehouses that take a beating and still look sharp for customers.
180+ flake colors and sizes. Match your build, your team colors, or your collection.
No shortcuts, no peeling. Every floor runs the same five steps that make a coating last for decades — not seasons.
Fill cracks, chips and pitting for a sound, even slab to build on.
Open the concrete's pores so the coating bonds permanently — the step cheap crews skip.
A fast-curing polyurea base goes down as the foundation of the system.
Hand-thrown vinyl flake to full refusal in your chosen color and chip size.
UV-stable polyaspartic locks it in with a tough, glossy, easy-clean finish.
Start in the morning — park on it in 24 hours.
Plenty of crews can coat a floor. Here's why Valley homeowners trust us to do it right the first time.
Polyaspartic is engineered for sunlight. Cheap epoxy ambers and chalks under the Arizona sun. Ours holds its color for the life of the warranty.
Our system cures fast enough to grind, coat, flake and top-coat in a single day. Drop your car off in the morning, park on it tomorrow.
$8 a square foot, all-in — and we tell you before we ever come out. No pressure quotes, no surprise line items, no games.
We show up on time, pick up the phone, and stand behind every floor with a 15-year warranty in writing.
Most companies dodge the question. We don't. Here's exactly what you'll pay — and a calculator to ballpark it right now.
A look at the range — garages, patios, and shop floors finished by our crews.
Real results, fast. Here's what neighbors say after their one-day transformation.
Showed up on time, knocked out our 3-car garage in a day, and the floor looks incredible. They told us the price before they even came out.
Full afternoon sun on the patio and we worried about fading. A year in and it still looks brand new. Worth every penny.
Cleanest, most professional crew we've hired. No pressure, no surprises, and the hot-tire pickup that ruined our last floor is gone for good.
Refer a friend, neighbor, or family member. When their floor is done, we send you $200 — cash. No limit on how many you send our way.

Most garages are a one-day job. We grind, coat, broadcast flake, and top-coat the same day. You can walk on it that evening and park a vehicle on it in about 24 hours.
No. Our top coat is a UV-stable polyaspartic, specifically chosen for sun resistance. Traditional epoxy ambers and chalks in our climate — which is exactly why we never use it as a top coat.
The flake itself adds texture, and we can add a non-slip additive to the top coat for patios, pool decks, and anywhere you want extra grip when wet.
No. Hot-tire pickup is the classic failure of thin DIY epoxy kits. Because we diamond-grind the slab and use a polyurea/polyaspartic system, the coating bonds into the concrete and won't peel.
$8 per square foot, all-inclusive — prep, repair, grinding, base, flake, top coat, materials, labor and cleanup. A typical 2-car garage runs about $5,000–$5,600. Add $1/sq ft if you'd like us to move and reset your belongings.
If you can clear it the day before, great — you keep that cost. If not, add $1/sq ft and our crew handles moving everything out and putting it back.
Decades when installed correctly — and we back it with a 15-year warranty. The grind-and-bond process is what separates a permanent floor from one that peels in a couple of seasons.
